Donation Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest." Isaubre ” with support. Before you make a donation or sign up for a monthly subscription, please read these terms carefully. By making a donation, you confirm that you agree to all of the terms below.
1. Nature of donation and refund of money
– “ Isaubre "Support (both one-time and monthly) is a voluntary donation.
– All donations made are final and non-refundable.
2. Types of support
You can choose a monthly or one-time donation.
– One-time donation: You choose a one-time amount that will be deducted from your card only once.
– Monthly subscription (recurring donation): You choose a fixed monthly amount.
3. Types of one-time donations
You can make a one-time donation using our system (by entering your card details) or via bank transfer.
– Georgian banks : TBC and BOG;
– Foreign bank : Raiffeisen Bank;
– Additional services: Wise, Paypal, Stripe;
– Crypto : Bitcoin and Ethereum.
4. Monthly subscription billing
– Automatic renewal: The monthly subscription will automatically renew. The amount you choose will be automatically charged to your designated card each month on the calendar day of your subscription.
– Billing date: If your subscription started on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, in months that do not have these numbers (e.g. February), the deduction will be made on the last day of the month.
5. Cancel monthly subscription
– Right to cancel: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
– Cancellation process: To cancel your subscription, please contact us at our email isaubreisaubre@gmail.com or connect with us on social media.
– Request Processing: Please note that it may take 2-3 business days to process your cancellation request. To avoid being charged the following month, please send us your cancellation request at least 3 (three) business days before your renewal date.
6. Payment security
– Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed by the third-party system Stripe .
– Card details: Isaubre does not see, collect or store your full credit or debit card information in our database. Your payment details are encrypted and managed directly by Stripe.
7. Change of Terms
" Isaubre " reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Continuing your monthly subscription after the changes mean that you agree to the updated terms.
